Rinava fits all standard UK shower connections. No tools or plumbing experience required. Get set up in seconds for your handheld, rain shower, or extension arm setup.
1. Remove your shower connection
Unscrew your shower hose or shower head. Remove any old tape and wipe the thread clean.
2. Apply the plumber's tape
Wrap the included sealing tape clockwise around the thread 3–5 times to ensure a secure, leak-free fit.
3. Install your Rinava filter
Screw the Rinava filter onto the connection. Make sure it’s hand-tight — no tools needed.
4. Flush and enjoy
Reattach your shower head, turn on the water, and let it run for 1 minute. Your Rinava filter is now ready.
Installation notes by shower type:
• For Handheld/Electric Showers: We recommend installing the filter between the hose and the shower head.
• For Rain Showers: Unscrew the head, apply tape, and install the filter above the swivel ball joint.
• For Extension Arms: Unscrew from the wall pipe, apply tape, and attach the filter directly to the wall connection.
